1. License & Permitted Use
Chant Circuit is provided exclusively as a calm, distraction-free audio session utility for personal, non-commercial use. It is designed to assist you in your practices of focused sessions, meditation, breathwork, and general mindfulness.
2. User-Provided Content
The app allows users to import and play their own audio files locally. The developer does not host, curate, monitor, or manage these files, and is not responsible for, nor has control over, the legality, ownership, or content of any user-imported audio.
3. Limitation of Liability
This application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Since all session data, settings, and streak trackings are stored entirely on the user's local device, the developer is not responsible or liable for any data loss, device issues, or session interruptions caused by system cleaning software, app uninstallation, or operating system updates.
4. Updates & Modifications
The developer reserves the right to modify, adapt, or discontinue app features to maintain strict compliance with mobile platform standards (such as Android/iOS DND guidelines) and to enhance the quality and security of the overall user experience.
